He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Traeger and Louise Traeger (Lagers); his granddaughter Breanna; and his siblings, Norbert, Mary, Jane, Margie, Doris, Beverly, Dorothy and JoAnn.
He is survived by: his wife Bernadine Schmidt; his children, Mary Herman (Kent), Gary Traeger (Gina), Sharon Laes (Steven) and Susan Vomastic (Jay); his grandchildren, Erika, Kyle, Kira, Joshua, Seth (Dani), Jeremy (Alora), Brett, James, Brian (Savanah), Taylor, Jayson, Courtney, Averi (Colton) and Abigail; and his great grandchildren, Reagan, Rayleigh, Loic and Anola. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
