He is survived by: his children, David Modlinski (Maureen), Tom Modlinski (Carol), Mary Modlinski, Sue Kosiboski and Julie Burkart (Matt); his grandchildren, Jeff Modlinski, Rory Modlinski, Molly Modlinski, Katie Matel (Joe), Kyle Kosiboski (Rylee), Zack Burkart and Eva Burkart; his great grandchildren, Addilyn Kosiboski and Hank Matel; and his son-in-law Don Kosiboski.
