She was loved and cherished by many people including : her sons, Mark (Liz) and Paul (Sandy); her grandchildren, Anthony (Ody), Nikko (Megan), Allison and Zachary; and her great grandchildren, Archer and Hayes.

“Marlene and I were students at Evanston Hospital School of Nursing. We communicated every few months via telephone. We were both fighting serious health issues and Christmas came and went without either of us reaching out. I called today and then learned of her death in January. I’m so sorry to lose her. She was wonderful.”
