She is survived by: her children, Noel Tessmer (Chris), Richard Cialdini (Lindsay) and Matthew Cialdini (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Natalie, Christopher Jr. Tessmer, Nicole Schuessler (Ethan), Isabella, Mario, Vincenzo Cialdini, Sophia, Olivia and Dominic Cialdini; her brother Peter Salza (Georgiana); and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Cialdini (late Arnold "Bud"), John Martell (late Marlene) and Ida Spack (Tom). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Phyllis's name may be to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
