He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Capek and Sylvia Schutts; his wife Evelyn Rose; his sister Catherine; and his stepdaughter Patty.
He is survived by: his daughters, Christi and Aimee; and his grandchildren, Nathainiel, John, Carlos and Iven. He is also survived by many nieces nephews Grandchildren.
