He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Owens and Stella Owens; his wife Jeanne Vadnais; his son Rick Owens; and his siblings, Orville and Jean.
He is survived by: his sons, Glenn Owens (Rachel) and Scott Owens (Valeria); his grandchildren, Alex Owens, Parker Owens, Ava Owens, Landon Owens and Ivana Martinez; and his brother Fred Owens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred to Peace Lutheran Church.
