He is survived by: his wife Marie Nurkala; his children, Cheryl Harris (Mark), John Nurkala (Janet), Kim Nurkala, Karen Held (Anthony), Carol Goeller (Tom), Tom Nurkala (Janine) and Sara Eder (Rick); his grandchildren, Emily, Samantha, Jessica, Nicholas, Steven, Blake, Isabella and Sophia; his great grandchildren, Wesley, Cruz and Isla; and his sisters, Peggy and Mary Therese. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
