He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Miller and Jean E. Miller (Cigelske); his sisters, Linda and Patricia Miller; and his son Jason Breseman.

He is survived by: his close friend Linda Breseman; his children, Todd Miller (Nancy), Michelle Miller-Patterson (Bill) and Jennifer Breseman; his grandchildren, Ian Miller (Kayte), Jordan Miller, Kyle Turzinski (Stefanie), Raiven Breseman, Makenzie Conley, Austin Conley and Jaiya Breseman; his great grandchildren, Blake, Joslynn, Allie, Sutton, Dakota, Corbin and Luka; and his siblings, Phyllis Tratar (Greg), Ronald Miller (Shelly) of Blanco, TX and Jeffrey Miller (Jan). He is also survived by nieces, nephew, cousins other relatives and many special friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial in Paul's name will be established for several of his favorite charities.
