He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Welker and Imogene V. Welker (Roderick); his daughter Carmen; and his nephew Thaddaeus Welker. He is survived by: his wife Pauletta L. Welker; his children, Robert D. Welker and Miriam Hambrock (Pastor Eric); his son-in-law Jonathan Rogers (Brenda); his grandchildren, Christopher Hambrock (Hannah), Eric B. Hambrock (Michaela), Jonathan Hambrock (Emily), Emmali Schulz (Ren), Kayrin Hambrock, Michael Welker and Patrick Chov; his brother Terry; and his niece Sarah Renee Welker. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stahl Funeral Home (913 W North St, Plainfield, WI 54966). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
