He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lynn Harvey; his children, Matt (Rachael), Andy (Mariana) and Laurel (Nathan); and his stepchildren, Shane (Beth), Terra (Dustin) and Shad (Amanda). He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren.
