He was predeceased by: his mother Violet Duba (Fink); his in-laws, Lloyd and Ruth Van Dyke; and his sisters-in-law, Emily Van Dyke and Kathy Gillis.
He is survived by: his father Casimir Duba; his wife Mary Duba; his children, John Duba, Christopher Duba and Samantha Rich (Travis); his sisters, Diane Dercole (Jim) and Carol Duba; his brother-in-law Dave Van Dyke; and his grandchildren, Atlas and Hazel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
