With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Almer G. Perkins of Hartford, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 4, 2026 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perkins and Rhea Perkins (Cone); his son-in-law Kevin Conroy; his wife Marge (Marge); and his son David.
He is survived by: his friend Bridge; his daughter Ann Conroy; and his grandsons, Jim and Zach Fabry (Ashley). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shimon Funeral Home (824 Union St, Hartford, WI 53027). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
