He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Phillips and Bertha Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary-Gil "Rosebud" Phillips; his children, Monica Sweet (Randy), Jeffery Phillips (Cynthia), Randall Phillips (Susanne) and Jo Dee Chappell (Phillips); his brother Gary Phillips (Carla); and his former wife Jeane Baeb of Green Bay. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
