She was predeceased by: her parents, George Tollefson and Minnie Tollefson; her husband Donald Hasby; her siblings, Gordon (Minnie), Harry (Diane) and Deloris Johnsrud (Jack); and her grandson Jeffery Hasby.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Hasby (Anne) of Hartford, Julie Hasby (William Nabor) of Mauston, Ricky Hasby (Dawn) of Rubicon, Kristi Hasby of West Bend and Randy Hasby (Debora) of Hartford; her grandchildren, Damon, Amanda (Kevin), Nicholas (Leslie), Keisha, Donald (Rachael), Breanne (Trevor), Jeremy, Alexander (Miranda), Jared (Cortney), Lucas, Mathew and Leah; and her granddaughter-in-law Katey. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Doris's name to the Washington County Humane Society are greatly appreciated.
