It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack H. Otto of Hartford, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Otto and Florence Otto; his wife Mary Oswald; and his sister Karen. He is survived by : his daughters, Katie Rutkowski (Dave) and Lisa Schmit (Jerry); his grandchildren, Bryan (Miya), Kyle (Jackie), Hailey and Olivia; his great grandchildren, Callan and Luca; his sister Julie Galloway; and his siblings-in-law, Jim and Laurie Oswald. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and some great friends.
