He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Borlen of Hartford, Thomas Borlen of Hartford and Cindy Borlen-Mueller of Jackson; his sister-in-law Bonnie Borlen; and his siblings' children, Will Schallock (Bobbie Jo), Matthew Schallock (Jodi), Eric Borlen, Dustin Borlen and Aleaha Goodrich (Seth).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Kilian Catholic Church, are greatly appreciated.
