She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair (Adeline Underwood) and Jan; her brother Richard C. Underwood; and her husband Charles Leon Lindborg. She is survived by: her children, Eric, Kristina, Jon and Mark; her grandchildren, Analise, Andrea, Daniel and Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Israel and Naima.
In lieu of flowers, Jan requested that any gifts go to the Jack Russell Memorial Library or the Schauer Arts & Activities Center.
