She is survived by: her sons, Jamie Lastovich and Trevor Schmidt; her grandson Porter Lehman Schmidt; her siblings, Kim Schumacher and Greg Schumacher (Cherie); her nieces, Katelyn, Emily and Olivia; and her close friends, Gary Mapes and Butch Stravler. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
