He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bell; his children, Pamela Kutella (Peter), Lora Bell (Alex Rojas), James Bell (Jen) and Nicole Caldwell (Al); his grandchildren, Aaron Nissen (Zam), Corbin Kutella (Chloe), Mason, Grace Caldwell, Vance Skraucevs, Austin, Euan and Faelan Bell; his great grandchildren, Isabell, Jack and Colton Nissen; his brothers, Bill Bell and Dennis Bell (Marlene); and his siblings-in-law, Roy Herbner and Laurie Bell. He is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
