She is survived by: her mother Georgiann Kreuser of Hartford; her husband Marty Polzin of Hartford; her son Kyle Polzin of Hartford; and her siblings, Tony Kreuser (Viki Kossen), Don Kreuser, David Kreuser (Lisa), Dawn Everett, Steve Kreuser, Stacy Gleneck (Dale) and Ken Kresuer (Tina). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society and are sincerely appreciated.
