He was predeceased by: his siblings, Richard Lee Powers Jr. and Katie Powers; and his aunt Gloria Turban. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Powers (Gen) and Susie Ganske (Gerry); his wife Kate; his children, Haley, Farren and Stella; his siblings, Paula Holzman (Troy), Jami Powers and Lisa Christian (Jermey); his parents-in-law, John Holzer (Mary Ann) and Val O'Connell (Pat); and his siblings-in-law, Barry Fies (Molly), Terry Fies (Jenna) and Karen Nguyen (Jackson).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Powers family.
