She was predeceased by: her parents, Balthas Serwe and Helen Serwe; her husband Leo; her son Ronald; her grandsons, Scotty and Kenny; and her sisters, Phyllis (George), Helen (Frank), Elinor (James), Margarete (Clarence) and Virginia (Les).
She is survived by: her children, Doug (Marda), Bruce, Dean, Beth (Cory) and Mark (Sue); her grandchildren, Elissa, Lia (Eric), Douglas James Jr., Kara, Bryce, Abigail, Eliana and Carina; her great grandchildren, Chase and Carter; Janet. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
