He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Richter and Alice Richter (Krahn); and his brother Charles Richter. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughters, Lindsay Tryba and Lauren Schulz; and his sisters, Paula Richter and Debbie Quinn. He is also survived by three beautiful grandchildren.
