He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Esslinger and Della Esslinger; his sister Heidi Karn (Lyle); his parents-in-law, Joseph and Alice Grady; and his brothers-in-law, Donald and Gerald Grady.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Grady; his children, Thomas Esslinger and Mary Fritz (Michael); his granddaughter Megan; his sisters, Marlene Esslinger Hughes (Robert) and Sandra Smith; and his sisters-in-law, Marvel Broker and Cathy Grady. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
