She is survived by: her husband P. Thomas Merkert; her children, Kelley DeCleene (Randy) and Tom Merkert (Tamara); her grandchildren, Greg Schreiber (Kelsey), Lauren Wyand (Alec), Carley Carter (Matt), Eli Merkert and Kaci Merkert; her great grandchild Bode Wyand; and her brother Mark Jones (Ruthie).
