We bid farewell to Diane M. Phelps of Hartland, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 27, 2025 at the age of 73. Diane touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Diane leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Soquet and Bernice Soquet. She is survived by: her husband John; her sister Julie; her sons, Ian and Nick; and her grandchildren, Finnley, Luca, Shelby, Rory and Tripp.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to LifeStriders in Diane's memory, in support of the therapeutic horseback riding program she loved so deeply.
