She is survived by: her father James Smith; her children, Brittany Benzon (Pete) and Brianne Costigan (Tim); her grandchildren, Mason Costigan, Jaxon Costigan, Ryleigh Schlundt, Ayla Schlundt, Caleb Schlundt, Caden Benzon and Ember Benzon; her husband Terrell Schlundt; her child TJ (Mandy); her siblings, Vickie Wagner (John) and Edward Smith (Lee); her brother-in-law David Schlundt (Jenny); and her brother Terrell. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Charles Parish (313 Circle Dr, Hartland, WI 53029). A Mass was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 at the St. Jerome Cemetery (2101 Apple Grove Ln, Oconomowoc, WI 53066).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Jean's honor to the Trigeminal Neuralgia/Facial Pain Research Association.
