He was predeceased by: his sister Corey; his grandparents, Leo, Babe, Wally and Frannie; his aunt Barbie; his cousin Lisa; and his pets, Throttle and Nitrous.
He is survived by: his parents, Dick and Lynn; his sisters, Kathy (Jim), Heather (Andy) and Sue (John); and his friend Wendy. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews, 13 ½ great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Rick's name would be appreciated.
