He is survived by : his wife Mary Doll (Mojto); his children, Curtis Doll and Ashley Ortiz (Carlos); his parents, Gerald Doll and Kathleen Doll; and his siblings, Loriann Knapp (Chris), Tammi Doll and Tommy Doll (Kim). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
