It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helena Flees (Hatley, Wisconsin), who passed away on January 6, 2026, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jozef Kruczek and Stella Krasowska (Kruzek); her brothers, John (Peggy) and Rick Kruzek; her siblings-in-law, Felix (Mary Lou), Eddy (Lucy), Barney Flees and Terri Kruzcek; and her nephew Kevin Leszczynski.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Flees; her children, Mark Flees (Becky), Scott Flees (Tracy) and Kristinia Smart (Jeff); her grandchildren, Jacob, Carleigh, Braeden, Lexie, Daniel and Paige; her siblings, Zofia Leszczynski (Gene), Stephanie Baeseman (Erv) and Wally Kruzcek; her siblings-in-law, Beth Kruzcek, Sr., Mary Xavier, Karen Flees and Wally Flees (Lynn); and her godchildren, Bruce Flees and Tory Kruzcek.
