He is survived by: his father Henry Sr. Blarek; his wife Bonnie Miller; his children, Penny Blarek and John Sr. Blarek (Jane); his grandchildren, Ashley Schramm (Sean), Steven Augustine (Scott), Tia Growcock, Meranda Growcock (Aaron Mehlberg), Kasey Blarek (Steve Larson), Amber Blarek and John Jr. Blarek (Kendra Socha); his great grandchildren, Ayden, Jaxon, Kearson, Nolan, Jennifer, Brentley and Huxley; his siblings, Therese "Terri" Miller (late Jim), James Blarek (Rita), JoAnn Davidowski (James), Barbara Morgan, George Blarek (Diane Weston) and Mark Blarek; his children-in-law, Steven Growcock (Cari Behar-Growcock) and Stacey Blarek; and his friends, Bobby Walkowski, Chris Fuge, Tony Robl and Jim Streeter.
