He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Webb and Thelma Webb (Cox). He is survived by: his wife Rose; his sons, Gregory Webb of Spooner, WI and Randall Webb of Clearwater, FL; and his brothers-in-law, Arnold Milne and Edward Cober. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
