She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Homesky and Betty Homesky (Conger); her daughter Shelly Sam; her granddaughter Tasheena Sam; and her siblings, Charles Homesky, Paul Homesky and Mary Bilkasley (Darlene Jackson).
She is survived by: her children, Bryan Sam Sr. and Tammy Sam; her sisters, Delores Bowstring (Marvin), Cindie Gauthier, Sheila McShane and Cheryl Homesky; her sister-in-law Faith Homesky; and her grandchildren, Bryan Sam Jr., Stasha Sam Quagon, John Basswood, Eric Omdahl, Duane Sam, Tara Sam, Darren Sam and Phillip Sam. She is also survived by nine grandchildren & many great grandchildren.
