She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Werschem and Mary Werschem (Haen) of Kaukauna, Wisconsin.; her husband Dale Wesley Kemp; and her sister Betty Werschem Bayorgeon. She is survived by: her children, Lauri (Randy), Schoeder, Scott Kemp (Megan) and Eric Kemp (Heather). She is also survived by five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials in Carole's honor be made to the Hayward Community Food Shelf or WOJB Community Powered Public Radio.
