He is survived by: his mother Joleen Gokey (Tosland); his daughter Esme Potack; his siblings, Jordan Milam, Andrew White, Heather Gokey and Lori Potack; and his grandmother Connie Barber. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews & friends.
