He is survived by: his daughter Lauren Ashley Kakazu; his granddaughters, Nova and Scarlett Kakazu; his siblings, Ed Potack (Tina Schmock), Keith Kakazu (Angela), Jeff Kakazu (Joyce), Francis Kakazu, Emily Oshogay, Brenda Bracklin, Kathleen Ryan, Marion "Punkin" Belille, Kimberly Miller (Tyler Kriens) and Patricia Patricia Kakazu (Julien Baker); and his aunt Audrey Potack. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
