He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Waggoner and Evelyn E. Waggoner (Faber). He is survived by: his significant other JoAnn Trepania; his daughters, Jennifer Hartling (Michael) and Jessica Anderson (Marcus); his grandchildren, Danielle Ashley (Tyler Murto), Carter Hartling, Avery Jennings (Kaitlin), Ty Anderson, Connor Anderson and Levi Anderson; his great grandchildren, Foster and Xavier; his brother James Waggoner (Karen); and his sibling's children, Rylee and Anaya.
A reception will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Frog Creek Town Hall (N13010 Frog Creek Rd, Minong, WI 54859).
