She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Cushman and Marjorie Cushman (Bourret); her brother Alvin Cushman; and her brother-in-law Gary Cummins. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her sons, Bret Patterson (Alice) of Hazel Green, WI, Dirk Patterson of Hazel Green, WI and Kevin Patterson of Eau Claire, WI; her grandchildren, Grace and Mya; her siblings, Floyd "Butch" Cushman (Connie), Jean Cummins and Daniel Cushman (Paula); and her sister-in-law Christie Geyer (Dennis). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of plants & flowers, a Janet K. Patterson Memorial Fund has been established.
