He is survived by: his parents, Chris Johnson of Livingston, WI and Rebecca Hendrickson; his siblings, Nessa Adams-Bailey of Benton, WI, Jacob Hendrickson of Hazel Green, WI and Karter Shaben of Lancaster, WI; his grandparents, Sam Johnson (Coco), Heidi Jones and Sharon Adams; and his nephews, Oliver Adams and Luca Bailey. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
