He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Koffke and Helen H. Koffke (Gerdes); his wife Ginny; and his brother Jim Koffke. He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Anderson (Mike) of Hazelhurst and Gina Martin (Eric) of Tomahawk; his grandchildren, Erik Anderson (Shannon), Kayla Martin (Adam Teske) and Kelly Martin (Noah Gieseke); his great grandchildren, Raelynne, Owen, Colt and Lydia; his grandson Buddy; his sisters, Darlene Koffke and Carolyn Weber; and his brother-in-law Norman Pfeiffle.
