He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard "Hub" Schroeder and Inga Schroeder (Hanson); and his sister Mercia Andrews (Steve). He is survived by: his wife Sandy Schroeder; and his children, Mary "Dee" Haenel (Stuart) of Watertown, WI, Laurie Hoeft (Dennis) of Cherry Hill, NJ, Craig Schroeder (Tina) of Mauston, WI, Terri Gehrke (Scott) of Prescott, WI and Jody Gehrke (Monica) of Jefferson, WI. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren; along with other relatives and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Farmington Town Hall (N6468 S Farmington Rd, Watertown, WI 53094).
