We bid farewell to Steven Johnson of Helenville, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 29, 2026 at the age of 73. He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Johnson and Lila Johnson (Roloff); his siblings, Mark, Joyce and Chris Johnson; and his nephew Alan "Bert" Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Charleen Johnson of Helenville; his daughters, Shelly Stelse (Mike) of Jefferson, Laura Johnson of Jefferson and Ashley Ambrose (Arik) of Jefferson; his grandchildren, Kyle (Kimberly), Ryan (Dora), Emma, Caleb, Justine (Steven), David, Samantha, Parker and Easton; his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Lucas, Gracie, Elijah, Nora, James and Hope; his siblings, Roy Johnson (Sue) of Jefferson, Cindy Howard (Scott) of Jefferson, Dawn Ganser (Roger) of Jefferson, Donna Evans (Jim) of California, Tina Scott (Mark) of Georgia, Brenda Atwood (Curtis) of California and Dave Endl of Georgia; and his close friend Jim Roth (Tammy).
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Peter's Lutheran School would be deeply appreciated – honoring Steve's care for children, even in death.
