He is survived by: his children, Brandy Suda (Glen), Christopher Hoeper and Stacy Anding (Jonathan); his siblings, Todd Hoeper, Jeff Hoeper (Joan) and Tammi Miller (Dave); and his cousin Scott Oelhafen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
