He was predeceased by: his parents, George Tomas and Catherine Tomas (Berg); his former wife Karen Day; his brother Arnold; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Tomas and Linda Tomas.
He is survived by: his daughters, Virginia Minter (Patrick) of Highland and Teresa Tomas of Highland; his grandchildren, Megan Minter, Jennifer Minter, Ryan Minter (Tayla), Nicole Gies (Travis) and Travis Tomas; and his brother Norman Tomas of Edgerton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
