He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Haugh and Agnes Haugh (Kosa); his brothers, Arlie and Leslie Haugh (Carmen); and his in-laws, Ludwig, Christine Kouba, Father John Kouba, Lawrence Kouba (Lois), Marie Graiziger (Ray Ronowski), Francis Kouba and Clarence Beres.
He is survived by: his wife Cecile Kouba of John's Catholic Church; his daughters, Mari Lynn Haugh of Madison and Jodene Nelson of Hillsboro; his grandsons, Bo and Max Nelson (Miranda Jirousek); his great grandchildren, Tristan, Charlee and Warren; and his sisters-in-law, Sister Christine Kouba and Barbara Beres. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
To honor Francis' legacy of caring and generosity, memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers to: St Jude's Children's Hospital or a charity of your choice.
