He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Schraepfer and Agnes Schraepfer (Brattlie); his brother Eldon; and his in-laws, Martin, Evelynn Schave, Lois Froehlich (Don), Virginia Deakin (George) and Lyle Schave.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Schave; his children, Pauline Hittesdorf (Ron) of Hollandale, Larry Schraepfer (Andrea) of Hollandale and Dan Schraepfer (Angela) of Hollandale; his grandchildren, Kailee (Cole), Colton, Easton, Chloe, Sophia, Samantha, Cooper and Gretta; his great grandchild Vaeda; and his sisters-in-law, Clarice Schraepfer and Laurie Hamilton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
