He was predeceased by : his parents, Wesley Cook and Evelyn Cook (Grayless). He is survived by : his wife Delores Cook (Bryant); and his children, Gary Cook Jr., Michael Cook of Holmen, Angela Davies (Phillip) and Vicki Kristek of Holmen. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
