He was predeceased by: his parents, James Miller and Lorna Miller (Krueger); and his brother Earl (Jeannie). He is survived by: his wife Alice Oines; his children, Dwain Miller (Sally), Harvey Jr. Miller (Lisa), Suzanne Incaprero (Frank), James Miller (Amber), Brenda Miller (Sara), Lonnie Oines (Laura), Joel Oines (Diane) and Renee Anderson (Jason Weidholz); and his brother Harold Miller (Mary Nelson). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews; and his special dog.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Halfway Creek Lutheran Church (W6016 County Road W, Holmen, WI 54636). A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Halfway Creek Lutheran Church, Holmen.
