He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Jr. Binstock and Cecelia Binstock (Froehlich); his brothers, Edward and Ernie Binstock; and his brother-in-law Alvin Kudrna.
He is survived by: his wife Julie of Patrick's Catholic Church; his daughters, Jennifer Gates (Steve) of Columbia City, IN and Joy Mashak (Ryan) of Holmen, WI; his grandchildren, Olivia, Owen, Jenna, Nolan, Drew and Molly; his siblings, Edith Kudrna, Francis Binstock (Gloria), Karen Kostelecky (Robert), Patricia Gelman (Bruce) and Charlotte Ridl (Kenneth); and his sister-in-law Alice Binstock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
