He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Neary and Norma Neary (Tollackson); his siblings, Ellen (Rick), Bobby, Billy (Connie), Bruce and Tommy; and his pets, Duke, Sam and Coconut.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Kowald (Mark) and Jason Neary; his grandchildren, Alivia Braund, Wyatt Peterson, Mark (Matt), Katie Babler (Michael) and Luke Kowald; his great grandchild Phoebe; his pet Jada; his sisters, Cecelia Loken (Rick) and Juanita Neary; and his close friend Carol. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A reception will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the The Gathering Place (133 Mason St, Onalaska, WI 54650).
